Any items purchased come with a full 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied we will refund you your purchase price in full. No questions asked.
ALL PC's come with a 1 year warranty.
ALL Portables come with a 60 day warranty (can be upgraded to one year for $27)
2) How does the warranty work:
If the item fails, bring it into the store. If we can not fix it on the spot, we will replace it with a equal or better unit right then.
This is for both PC and Portables.
There is one CATCH. You have to backup your data. We will do our best to preserve it but ultimately nothing beats a good backup solution. Ask us for advice. We can help.
3) Upgrade Warranty:
All units also come with an UPGRADE WARRANTY: What does that mean?
Well let say that you find that your computer is no longer powerful enough for what you need. Return it to the store and we will deduct what you paid for it from a new system on a sliding scale.
For the first 6 months we will replace it at same value. After that it will decrease by 10% every 2 month.
