With the Deluxe Reinstall, every attempt is made to return you computer to you in the same state we got it but, without the Mal-ware, Viruses and other nuisance software that was on your system.

This means we will

• Save your history files
• Restore Email Programs
• Restore Address Books
• Restore Calendar Entries
• Restore Music
• Restore Music Player Settings
• Restore Pictures
• Restore Picture Software
• Preserve Internet Connection settings
• Fully Update your Computer Operating System
• Fully Update all software to their newest levels
• Clean Hardware

This is a lengthy procedure and can take up to 5 business days. In some cases longer. That is why we include a Free Laptop Rental with this service. This allows you to have access to the Internet while your system is being regenerated.

We need to caution: All efforts are made to restore your system as close to the original state as possible. But due to the nature of some applications this is not always fully possible.

As an added package we include a virtual simulation of your computer. This allows you to pick and select items that might not have been transferred because of their unique (unknown) location.
