This is the solution for you.

In order to ensure we can retrieve all your personal data, we make a full backup of your system (Snapshot).

Once your computer has been reinstalled we copy the files back to your freshly installed system.

This service excludes email, addresses and calendar data and also does not include any files that are part of a program e.g.: Simply accounting, Custom Card Marking Applications, and so on. For restoring such services please See #11) Application Software Re-Installation.
