We offer multiple levels of Application / Software Reinstall.

Depending on the type of software, it will fall under one of the following categories.:

Please note: We do need the serial numbers of all software, if required. We also need the actual software if it is not freely available on the Internet for download.

You must provide us with the needed information to complete the installations. This means if a programme needs registration information like email address and or contact information please provide this information to us. This will ensure a speedy and successful installation.

Bellow are the categories for software installations

1. Easy
   Any software that requires minimal time and no serial number type of installation.
2. Medium
   Any software that requires serial number type installation and product update patching (Service Packs)
3. Advanced
   Any software that requires data to be re-installed and configured. Might not require serial number re-installation. But this type of application needs a lot of attention. Often requires that data be backed up / extracted from the original install.
4. Email Software
   We focus on the major email software solutions i.e MS Outlook and Mozilla Thunderbird.

5. Web Browser
   Install web browser of your choice
6. Accounting Software
   Install QuickBooks or Simply Accounting including data transfer. If passwords are setup we will need them. We strongly recommend you update your passwords after reinstallation.
7. Music Software (e.g.: iTunes)
   Re-setup of your music libraries.
8. MS Office (Does not include Outlook)
   Install MS Office software with client provided credentials.
9. Other Software
   Depending on the type of software and what needs to be done, we will inform you  what the charge is for us to install that particular kind of software.

Please note:
There are some enterprise level software solutions and also other types of software that are not covered by the Application / Software Reinstall program. We strive to offer affordable solutions to our customers. If you require a more complex setup we are glad to assist you by providing you with an estimate.
